AMB Sports and Entertainment (AMBSE) has entered a long-term partnership with American Express, naming the company as a Founding Partner and the Official Payments Partner for its sports teams and venues. This includes the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, and a future National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) club in Atlanta.

The agreement will bring Mercedes-Benz Stadium into the American Express Venue Collection. Starting March 7, 2026, eligible American Express Card Members will have access to benefits such as Amex Presale Tickets, dedicated entry or fast-lane access, and exclusive concessions offers at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Terms apply.

American Express will also be featured as a Founding Partner and Official Payments Partner for both the Atlanta Falcons—an NFL team based in Atlanta that began as an expansion franchise in 1965 and competes in the NFC South division—and Atlanta United. The Falcons have reached the Super Bowl twice, in 1998 and 2016. Freddie the Falcon is their official mascot. More information about the team can be found on their official website.

Under this partnership, American Express branding will appear across team platforms, with visibility during home games at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The agreement also includes presenting partnerships tied to major fan programs and select matches, along with digital, broadcast, and social media engagement throughout the year. Card Members will receive benefits such as pre-sale ticket access and dedicated retail fast lanes.

American Express is set to become a key partner of AMBSE’s NWSL club when it launches in 2028. The company will receive integrated sponsorship rights connected to this new women’s soccer team.

“This agreement brings together two organizations that share a focus on premium experiences, innovation, and putting fans first,” said Nana-Yaw Asamoah, chief commercial officer of AMB Sports and Entertainment. “American Express enhances how people experience our teams, our stadium, and our city from arrival through the final whistle. As a Founding Partner of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Amex will play a meaningful role in how we continue to elevate Atlanta as a world-class sports and entertainment destination.”

The deal is expected to strengthen AMBSE’s commercial operations while supporting its goal of delivering high-quality experiences at professional sporting events and other large gatherings hosted at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

AMB Sports and Entertainment is part of the Blank Family of Businesses. Its portfolio includes not only the Atlanta Falcons but also Atlanta United FC, an upcoming NWSL club launching in 2028, Mercedes-Benz Stadium itself, Atlanta Drive Golf Club, and PGA TOUR Superstore.
