Rep. Andrew Clyde, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, has recently used his social media platform to comment on issues related to immigration policy and firearms regulation.

On December 1, 2025, Clyde posted: “Reverse migration is exactly what the American people voted for. AMERICA FIRST!”

The following day, he expanded on his views regarding border security and national identity. On December 2, 2025, Clyde wrote: “President Trump secured our border on DAY ONE. However, MILLIONS of foreigners remain—legal and illegal alike. In addition to mass deportations, we must remove foreign nationals who are INCOMPATIBLE with Western civilization and THREATEN our national security.”

Later that same day, Clyde addressed firearm regulations under the National Firearms Act (NFA), stating: “$0 NFA tax = ZERO legal standing for NFA registration. How can anyone defend the registration of a tax…when there is no tax?”

Clyde’s recent statements come after several successful election campaigns in Georgia’s Ninth Congressional District. He won re-election in 2024 against Tambrei Cash with approximately 69% of the vote; in 2022 against Michael Ford with about 72.4%; and in 2020 against Devin Pandy with nearly 78.6%. These consistent victories reflect his continued support among constituents.
