The Atlanta Falcons have announced their inactive players for the Week 10 game against the Indianapolis Colts in Berlin, Germany. Left guard Matthew Bergeron (ankle), edge rusher Leonard Floyd (hamstring), and offensive tackle Storm Norton (foot) had already been ruled out before the matchup.
On Friday’s injury report, right guard Chris Lindstrom (foot), cornerback Mike Hughes (neck), and defensive lineman LaCale London (shoulder) were listed as questionable. Lindstrom will be active for the game, while Hughes and London will not play.
With Mike Hughes unavailable, Dee Alford is expected to start at cornerback. Alford has played as a nickel back over the past four weeks during Billy Bowman Jr.’s absence due to a hamstring injury. Bowman, who has missed every game since the Falcons’ Week 5 bye week, practiced fully this week and is anticipated to return to the starting lineup. This allows Alford to shift from his recent role inside to an outside position.
To bolster depth at cornerback, Atlanta elevated Keith Taylor from the practice squad ahead of Sunday’s contest.
The full list of inactive players for Atlanta includes: cornerback Mike Hughes, safety Jordan Fuller, edge rusher Leonard Floyd, offensive lineman Andrew Stueber, guard Matthew Bergeron, offensive lineman Joshua Gray, and defensive lineman LaCale London.
