The Atlanta Falcons have announced their list of inactive players for the Week 9 matchup against the New England Patriots in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Defensive lineman Zach Harrison (knee) will miss his second consecutive game, while nickelback Billy Bowman Jr. (hamstring) is out for the fourth straight week.

Heading into the weekend, safety Jessie Bates III (knee), edge rusher Leonard Floyd (hamstring), and edge rusher Jalon Walker (groin) were listed as questionable. All three have been declared active for Sunday’s game. This marks Walker’s first appearance since the Falcons’ Week 6 victory over the Buffalo Bills. Bates remains in the starting lineup after exiting last week’s loss to the Miami Dolphins with a knee injury.

During a press conference on Thursday, Bates discussed his recovery process: “I feel pretty good,” he said. “We’ll see how things go in practice. As long as there’s no setbacks, I think I’ll be fine.” He also mentioned using a hyperbaric chamber throughout the week to aid his recovery.

The full list of inactive players for Atlanta includes cornerback Billy Bowman Jr., running back Nathan Carter, offensive lineman Michael Jerrell, wide receiver Casey Washington, defensive lineman Ta’Quon Graham, and defensive lineman Zach Harrison.
