The Atlanta Falcons have announced the signing of running back Jashaun Corbin. Corbin, who played for the San Antonio Brahmas in the United Football League (UFL), led all players in rushing yards during the 2025 season. Over ten games, he recorded 97 carries for 514 yards and four touchdowns, along with 18 receptions for 138 yards. Additionally, he ranked third in all-purpose yards in the UFL, accumulating a total of 904 yards including his kick return contributions.

Corbin’s NFL experience includes joining the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent in 2022. He spent time on their practice squad before briefly joining the Carolina Panthers’ practice squad in 2023. Returning to the Giants later that year, he appeared in six games but was placed on injured reserve before the start of the 2024 season.

Corbin’s college career saw him spending two years each at Texas A&M University and Florida State University from 2018 to 2021.

The Falcons’ running back roster is considered strong; however, Corbin may provide valuable depth during training camp and preseason activities.

In a related move, Atlanta released running back Jase McClellan. Drafted from the University of Alabama with a sixth-round pick in 2024, McClellan played two games as a rookie before being placed on injured reserve due to a knee injury sustained during Week 15.
