Senator Greg Dolezal, a Republican representing Georgia’s 27th Senate District since 2019, has recently used his social media platform to share his positions on state tax policy, campaign activities, and cultural events.

On February 7, 2026, Dolezal criticized corporate tax incentives for data centers in Georgia. He stated, “Data centers don’t need $700M in tax breaks—people do. Georgia can start the path to becoming an income tax free state by ending these massive corporate giveaways to data centers. Put the money back in Georgians’ pockets.”

Later that day, he expressed support for an alternative entertainment event during a major sports broadcast. On February 7, 2026, he posted: “Excited to tune in tomorrow night for Turning Point USA’s All American Halftime Show featuring Kid Rock, Lee Brice, Brantley Gilbert, and Gabby Barrett. What a great move—giving Americans a family friendly, patriotic focused alternative. This is how we win.”

The following day, Dolezal reflected on his recent campaign efforts and legislative priorities. On February 8, 2026, he wrote: “Today we sabbath (thanks for the inspiration, Charlie) and reflect on the past week. Busy week on the campaign trail in Carroll and Cherokee County. Introduced a bill to ban Wall Street from buying up single family homes. Voters are tired of being ignored, they want fighters.”

Dolezal was elected to the Georgia State Senate in 2019 after replacing former senator Michael Williams as representative of the state’s 27th Senate District.
