On Thursday, May 15, former West Hall High School standout Kyle Murphy’s current collegiate team the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears won 4-2 against the North Georgia Nighthawks in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Abbey Yard at 3 p.m. and was the first matchup against the North Georgia Nighthawks in the tournament.

The Lenoir-Rhyne Bears’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 6:10 p.m. at Abbey Yard.
