Registration for the 2026 Hall County Government Scholars’ Academy will open on Friday, January 9. The program is a nine-session course designed to educate residents about various aspects of Hall County Government and includes tours of several facilities.
Hall County Administrator Zach Propes said, “Government Scholars’ Academy is a wonderful opportunity for Hall County residents who want a closer look at how their local government operates. Participants will not only see what happens behind the scenes, but also witness firsthand how their tax dollars are put to work serving the community.”
There is no fee to participate in the academy, but available spots are limited. Registration begins at 1 p.m. on January 9 and closes at 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 28. Interested individuals can access the registration form and syllabus at https://bit.ly/GovernmentScholars.
