Clyde expressed his views on immigration, stating, “A clear majority of Americans support mass deportations of illegal aliens.” He criticized the Democratic stance on deportations, mentioning, “Yet Democrats are up in arms over an illegal alien and MS-13 gang member being deported to his home country.” He concluded his post by asserting, “The Left continues to care more about illegals than the American people.”
In a post on April 18, 2025, Rep. Clyde conveyed his Good Friday wishes, quoting, “It is finished.” He extended his thoughts to his audience, writing, “Wishing you and your family a blessed Good Friday. May we reflect on Jesus’ unparalleled sacrifice and boundless love.”

Andrew Clyde, born in 1963 in Walkerton, Ontario, Canada, has been part of the U.S. Congress since 2021, representing Georgia’s 9th district. He succeeded former Congress member Doug Collins and currently resides in Athens. Clyde holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Georgia.
