Senator Greg Dolezal, a Republican representing Georgia’s 27th Senate District since 2019, has recently used his social media platform to address issues related to housing and election integrity in Georgia.

On February 5, 2026, Dolezal announced legislative action targeting real estate practices in the state. He stated, “Hedge funds and foreign investors are buying up Georgia homes and forcing families to rent forever. I just dropped a bill to BAN Wall Street and foreign money from buying single-family homes to turn into rentals. Homes are for families — not hedge funds.”

The following day, on February 6, 2026, Dolezal commented on election procedures in Fulton County: “You can count an illegal ballot 10 times or 10,000 times — it’s still illegal. Fulton County’s elections are a disgrace. Glad the FBI is here to uncover the truth.”

Later that same day, he addressed concerns about the state’s previous election processes: “Georgia’s 2020 signature verification was a disaster: I saw it firsthand. Saying 2020 was ‘perfect’ doesn’t make it true. It just protects the broken system. We owe voters the truth about 2020—and secure, honest elections in 2026.”

Dolezal succeeded Michael Williams as state senator after being elected in 2019.
