Northside Hospital Forsyth issued the following announcement on September 21.
Northside Hospital is partnering with PatientCo to introduce a newly designed self-service online payment portal for patients to view and pay their hospital bills online.
Beginning Sept. 15, NorthsideWallet is a one-stop-shop for all Northside Hospital bills – including those for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services.
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the new portal allows patients to check account balances, create payment plans and pay bills – all from their phone, tablet or desktop. Patients also can communicate directly with Northside’s Business Office representatives, ask about financial assistance, and get price estimates and more.
In addition to the new online portal, Northside has redesigned billing statements to be more user friendly and easier to understand.
The Northside Hospital health care system is one of Georgia’s leading health care providers with five acute-care hospitals in Atlanta, Canton, Cumming, Duluth and Lawrenceville and more than 250 outpatient locations across the state. Northside Hospital leads the U.S. in newborn deliveries and is among the state’s top providers of cancer care, sports medicine, cardiovascular and surgical services. The health system served nearly 4.4 million patient visits in 2020.
