The Healthcare Association of Forsyth County presents:

Protecting Your People

According to the NY Times, 2.3% of the American workforce was home sick in January of 2022 – this is 3 times that of a typical pre-pandemic month! How can your business protect the health of your best asset - your staff?

Please join us as Heather Hammons, Forsyth County’s Risk and Safety Director, and Chris Grimes, Forsyth County’s Emergency Management Agency Director, share how Forsyth County Government put a prompt action strategy in place to enhance the safety of its workforce while ensuring that its most valuable assets, its employees, continued working safely. By promoting safety awareness, establishing safety actions plans and loss prevention strategies, Forsyth County Government was able to ensure staffing issues did not impact the lives of Forsyth County residents during a season of uncertainty.
