City of Gainesville recently issued the following announcement.
As part of the City of Gainesville's ongoing Downtown Streetscape Improvements Project, Bradford Street between Brenau Avenue and West Academy Street is closed until Friday, April 8, for road construction.
Additionally, Bradford Street from Washington to Academy streets will be closed from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday, April 4, as construction crews prepare the roadway for paving.
Those navigating the area are urged to drive carefully, and watch for construction workers and equipment during this time.
