In-Person and Virtual Attendance
In-person or virtual class for medical and surgical patients focused on weight loss
This yoga class is for new and existing Northeast Georgia Medical Center patients who are going through their medical or surgical weight loss surgery journey and looking for a way to begin incorporating light exercise while accepting your body in it’s current state. Support persons are welcome to attend as well. All equipment provided, but we do recommend that you bring a bottle of water. Some patients may be shown chair yoga at the beginning until they are able to get in the floor. Our instructor meets you where you are!
