The Atlanta Falcons have teamed up with Truist to launch a new weekly series aimed at introducing fans to the franchise's limited partners. Over the course of 11 weeks, AtlantaFalcons.com will feature a Q&A session with each of the 11 limited partners. These discussions will cover topics such as business advice and favorite memories related to the Falcons.

This week's spotlight is on Warrick Dunn, a former NFL running back who played for both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Atlanta Falcons during his 12-year career. Dunn was selected by the Buccaneers in the first round of the 1997 NFL Draft and went on to earn AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year honors, along with three Pro Bowl selections. During his six seasons with Atlanta, he rushed for nearly 6,000 yards and was inducted into the organization's Ring of Honor in 2017.

Dunn founded "Homes for the Holidays" in memory of his mother, a police officer killed in duty when he was 18. The initiative assists single-parent families in achieving home ownership. In recognition of his contributions on and off the field, Dunn received the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year award in 2005.

Reflecting on his time with Atlanta, Dunn said: "I am lucky to have so many that it's impossible to name just one," adding that his memories focus on community building and engagement.

When asked about what makes him proudest from his career, Dunn stated: "What makes me most proud is that I went on the field every day and gave my all for my teammates."

Dunn also shared insights into his philanthropic work through Warrick Dunn Charities, which supports single parents who are first-time homebuyers. "Through WD Communities," he explained, "we build workforce housing to help families build generational wealth."

On receiving business advice as an athlete facing early retirement, Dunn recalled: "Mr. Blank encouraged me to think ahead and think big while I was still playing." He accepted an offer from Mr. Blank to become a limited partner after retiring.

Discussing personal influences, Dunn credited several family members alongside Malean "Choo Choo" Brooks as pivotal figures during his upbringing. He also mentioned mentors like Charlie Ward during college years at Florida State University and Coach Dungy during professional play with Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Dunn expressed admiration for Tony Dorsett as his favorite player growing up: "Hands down...my favorite player of all time."
