The Georgia Swarm are preparing to defend their undefeated record as they face the Rochester Knighthawks this Saturday at Gas South Arena in Duluth. The Swarm, currently holding a 4-0 record, aim to achieve a franchise milestone by securing their best-ever season start with a fifth consecutive win. Their last similar streak occurred in 2017, which ended with an NLL championship.

The upcoming game will also feature Native Heritage Night, celebrating the Indigenous roots of lacrosse. Fans attending the event will have access to cultural and educational programming included with their game ticket.

Rochester is looking to end a four-game losing streak, supported by players Connor Fields, Ryan Smith, and former Swarm member Ryan Lanchbury. In contrast, Georgia's performance has been strong both offensively and defensively. The team's offense has scored 47 goals on 286 shots in four games. Lyle Thompson leads with 22 points, alongside Andrew Kew and others contributing significantly.

Defensively, goaltender Brett Dobson boasts an 80% save rate this season. Team captain Jordan MacIntosh has been key in defense with several blocked shots and turnovers.

Saturday's match promises intensity as Rochester seeks redemption while Georgia aims for a historic win. The Swarm will have the home-field advantage and wear special jerseys for Native Heritage Night, designed by Lyle Thompson. Some jerseys will be auctioned publicly on Dash Auction, while others are available exclusively to game attendees.

Doors open at 4:45 PM with pregame activities starting at 5:00 PM.
