West Forsyth High School standout Abby Williams’ college team won in NCAA Division II softball game on Thursday, May 8

On Thursday, May 8, former West Forsyth High School standout Abby Williams’ current college team, the Francis Marion Patriots, won 6-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes.

The game took place at FMU Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Hurricanes this season.

The Patriots’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 9 at 1 p.m. at FMU Softball Stadium against Wingate Bulldogs.
