The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Paul Broun, Paul Broun Committee, refunded $1,500 to Gordon Townsend on May 31, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Paul Broun Committee refunded $1,700 total since December 1, 2019.
