John Thomas Graves Jr.'s campaign committee refunded $35,900 in September

The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate John Thomas Graves Jr., Graves for Congress, refunded $35,900 in September, according to data from the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

Candidates can refuse or return contributions for a variety of reasons. Contributions may be refunded, for instance, in the event that the candidate does not want to be affiliated with a contributor, a contribution exceeds legal limits, or the candidate withdraws from a race.

Graves for Congress has refunded $46,950 total since the beginning of the 2020.
