In response to this situation, he announced that he is "drafting articles of impeachment against U.S. District Judge John McConnell."
The following day, February 14, Rep. Clyde reiterated his stance against perceived judicial activism by stating: "Couldn’t agree more. We must combat the Left’s judicial activism."
Later that day, Clyde celebrated a legislative achievement by announcing: " PASSED OUT OF COMMITTEE: House Republicans’ budget resolution." He emphasized that this development facilitates the budget reconciliation process and aligns with President Trump's "America First agenda."
