City of Lula recently issued the following announcement.
The Georgia Municipal Association presented the City of Lula with the “City of Ethics” designation at the Annual GMA Convention. The “City” received the distinguished distinction during Mondays “General Convention” Awards Presentation, the city was the sole recipient of this year’s City of Ethics award at the convention. The award was presented by GMA outgoing President Vince Williams to Mayor Jim Grier on behalf of the entire city council.
