In an effort to continue offering effective and efficient services to citizens, Hall County Planning & Development will offer expanded office hours beginning Aug. 1.
Citizens will now be able to work with Planning staff, including Business License and Building Inspections staff, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Previously, in-person visits were available from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“Hall County Planning & Development staff members are committed to providing the highest level of service to citizens. These expanded hours will allow our staff to meet the needs of the public, which is crucial as the County continues to grow and prosper,” said Randi Doveton, director of Hall County Planning & Development (pictured).
Citizens are reminded that, due to ongoing renovations at the Hall County Government Center, many of the departments located on the third floor, including Planning & Development, have temporarily relocated to the lower level, accessible via the elevators in the main lobby area.
Many forms of business can also be conducted online, by phone or by email. To find a list of departments and their contact information, click here.
