Northside is offering a community prostate cancer screening, at no cost, to measure men’s risk for developing the disease.
The screening will take place Thursday, Sept. 1 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Northside Hospital Cancer Support Center - Gwinnett, 631 Professional Drive, Suite 210, Lawrenceville, GA 30046.
Prostate specific antigen (PSA) blood tests will be available to men between 45 and 75, who have never had prostate cancer or a PSA blood test in the last 12 months. Interpreters will be available free of charge.
COVID-19 safety measures will be practiced according to CDC guidelines.
