Rep. Andrew Clyde, currently serving as a member of the U.S. Congress representing Georgia’s 9th district, voiced his support for significant fiscal changes and judiciary reform through a series of statements made on social media in April 2025. His tweets focused on government spending, the role of Congress in fiscal responsibility, and legislative measures aimed at curtailing judicial authority over executive actions.

On April 7, 2025, Clyde highlighted the urgency of cutting government spending. Commenting on the achievements of the Trump Administration in addressing inefficiencies, he stated, "Now is not the time for weakness. The Trump Administration is working tirelessly to expose and eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse. Congress must follow suit by enacting significant spending cuts. Anything less is unacceptable."

Further addressing concerns about the judiciary, Clyde remarked on April 8, 2025, that the power of individual judges should be limited. He announced a pending vote on the No Rogue Rulings Act, designed to restrict judges from issuing nationwide injunctions. He wrote, "A single rogue judge should NOT have the authority to unilaterally impose nationwide injunctions to obstruct President Trump’s agenda. This week, the House will vote on the No Rogue Rulings Act to end this abusive practice and rein in activist judges."

On April 9, 2025, Clyde again focused on fiscal policy, contrasting proposals from the House and Senate. He asserted the necessity for substantial cuts, noting, "The House’s budget resolution cuts a MINIMUM of $1.5 TRILLION over ten years. Yet the Senate’s budget plan only cuts $4 BILLION over this same time frame. Now is the time to get SERIOUS about restoring fiscal sanity and delivering significant spending cuts."
