The Atlanta Falcons have announced the re-signing of offensive tackle Brandon Parker. Parker initially joined the team on September 10, 2024, but did not participate in any games during that season. Known for his ability to play both left and right tackle, Parker adds valuable depth to the Falcons' roster.

Brandon Parker was a third-round draft pick in 2018 and spent his entire active career with the Las Vegas Raiders before joining Atlanta. The Raiders selected him while they were still based in Oakland, California, and he continued with them after their relocation to Las Vegas.

Throughout his NFL career, Parker has started in 33 games and appeared in a total of 59. His record includes two fumble recoveries. From 2018 to 2021, he consistently participated in at least 11 games each season. In 2021, he played a high of 882 offensive snaps (77%), whereas in 2019 he recorded a low of 193 offensive snaps (28%). He missed the entire 2022 season due to being on injured reserve but returned in late 2023 for five games with limited participation of just 14 offensive snaps (4%). After three practice squad elevations, Parker was promoted to the active roster.

Following the conclusion of the Raiders' season in 2023, Parker entered free agency. He later signed with the San Francisco 49ers during their preseason in 2024 but failed to secure a spot on their final roster.

Parker is currently aged 29 and hails from Kannapolis, North Carolina. Standing at six feet eight inches tall and weighing 320 pounds, he brings significant physical presence to the field.

As for the Falcons' current lineup from last year, they return all members of their starting offensive line except for center Drew Dalman who has reportedly signed with the Chicago Bears as a free agent. The remaining starters include tackle Jake Matthews, guard Matthew Bergeron, guard Chris Lindstrom, and tackle Kaleb McGary.
